Just one call to Old Republic Home Protection sets the wheels in motion to dispatch a qualified, insured, independent Network Service Provider to handle covered services.
Our Standard Home Warranty Plan provides coverage on plumbing, heating and electrical systems, as well as appliances, including oven/range, water heater, dishwasher, garbage disposal, trash compactor, and much more.
Options are available to “custom fit” coverage to the home’s specific needs. The coverage varies by state and can include items such as swimming pool and/or spa equipment, well pump, and limited roof leak repair.
